Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts, the leading health insurer in Massachusetts, is currently expanding its headquarters to Hingham, MA. The facility includes a four story, 325,000 sf office building; a four-level parking garage with 1,600 spaces; and 77 surface parking spaces. This site is situated on 32 acres of wooded land. Beacon Piping is providing the HVAC piping portion of this project, which includes boilers, AHU's, and cooling towers, as well as the associated piping. Included with this work is 6900 sf of in slab radiant heat piping for a child care center and a snow melt system for walkways.
