This complex project involved the installation of a High Pressure Expansion Unit at the Liquid Natural Gas Terminal in Everett, MA, one of only two operating facilities of its kind in the United States.
Beacon Piping Company has an ongoing presence at Boston Generating providing continued maintenance at the Fore River and Mystic power plants.
Beacon Piping was selected as sub-contractor for the installation of two 5,000-ton steam absorption chillers, with each unit requiring the installation of several hundred feet of associated piping and process lines.
